I discovered they've added two new email addresses, but I only managed to track down one of them. I submitted a recovery form, and it verified my identity, allowing me to change the password using the email I found. It seemed to work initially, but now it keeps telling me the password is incorrect whenever I try to log back in. I've reached out to Microsoft for help, but they haven't responded much. The only apps I'm still logged into are the Microsoft Authenticator app and the Xbox app. Is there a way to update my details through these apps?
