I recently bought an AT2020 USB microphone and a Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen audio interface, using a powered USB hub for extra power. My setup runs on a Dell G15 with Windows 11. Everything seems to work fine initially during Discord calls and video streams, but then my computer fails to detect my voice. The Scarlett Solo lights up whenever I speak, indicating it's receiving sound. I've tried adjusting the settings, like toggling the Device Default Effects and disabling the exclusive control for apps, which temporarily fixes the issue, but it returns soon after. Replugging the interface into the powered USB hub doesn't help either. Here are the steps I've already taken: uninstalled my drivers and restarted, unchecked exclusive control, turned off effects, and switched cables. I'd really appreciate any advice on what to try next! Just to clarify, after the issue starts, there's zero volume detected by Windows even though the audio interface picks up my voice perfectly well.

Make sure you actually have those audio enhancements off for your mic. If you’re only adjusting the gain and phantom power, there might be other processing features still affecting the sound. Sometimes even subtle settings can cause issues like this.
Have you checked your Windows power settings? Sometimes, USB devices can get suspended. Try turning off that option in your current power plan. Also, make sure you have the right drivers for your USB hub. If you haven’t already, test your microphone by plugging it directly into your laptop instead of using the hub to see if that solves the issue.
