If i use tinyurls on social media and on other websites that redirect to my main website, do they pass juice and social signals over to the main website? I like using the tinyurls but I don't want to be sharing them all only to find that I am passing juice back to the tinyurl domain and not my own.

I don't think Google like to talk specifically about the term "juice" since it has sort of become a dirty word but this video should answer the question. The answer is yes, if the url redirects using a permanent redirect, which the tinyurl services do, the juice will flow to the destination domain.
