I submitted a request to increase my Lambda concurrent execution limit from the default of 10 to 1,000 about 11 days ago because my production environment is getting throttled. My application has around 7,000 daily active users who are facing errors due to this limitation. I'm looking for advice on how to get in touch with AWS for help. My case ID is 176488807100754, just in case anyone from AWS is reading this.

A workaround could be to set up another AWS account temporarily while waiting for the limit increase. Just a thought!
Sorry to hear it’s taking so long! I found your case, but can't dive into specifics here. To speed things up, you can ask AWS Support to reach out to you via phone or chat through their support portal. Keep an eye on your email for their response; they should get back to you soon.
I think the default for concurrent execution limits is actually 1,000 now, so you might want to double-check that. It could help you understand if your request is valid or if there are other limits being hit.
Have you tried requesting the increase through the Service Quotas console? Those usually get processed automatically and you’d receive a response pretty quickly. If you contacted support directly, though, it might take longer without a support contract.
Is this your first AWS account? Generally, when you request a limit increase via Service Quotas, you can get a response within hours. A jump from 10 to 1,000 is pretty big; have you considered asking for smaller increments like 100 or 250 first?
Exactly, starting small usually works better and can get approved faster!
Totally agree! If you ask for a small increase, they’re often quick to approve it.

But isn't running your own servers a better option in the long run?
