I'm having a really frustrating issue trying to log into my Microsoft account. When I attempt to log in, I get a message saying that I don't have an account. But then, when I try something else, it tells me that the email I entered already exists. I really need help with this!

It sounds like your account might have been compromised. I recommend using the recovery options Microsoft provides. If that doesn't work, you could end up losing access to the account altogether.
When I tried to recover my email, it shows as: ****@outlook.com. AI mentioned that my login email was changed to a different username. It even says I attempted to log in on December 4th, but I didn't, and on that same day, I was just playing Minecraft!
