I recently got the soundtrack CD for 'Avatar: The Last Airbender - Book 1 Water.' At first, it plays fine on my laptop, but after a while, it starts to pick up background noise and cuts out. I've tested other CDs, and they work fine on my laptop. On my regular CD player, the soundtrack CD works without any issues for at least 10 minutes. I'm having trouble using Exact Audio Copy to dump the CD for my phone because my laptop can't seem to read it accurately. I've managed to back up the first three tracks out of 35, but I keep running into errors. I've tried taking the CD out and reinserting it, and the dumping program sometimes works but then fails again. I'm wondering if there's a way to fix this issue so I don't have to spend hours backing up each track individually.

Have you thought about creating a 1:1 ISO copy of the CD? It sounds like the laser could be misaligned or dirty. Also, the software you’re using might be working with an analog copy instead of a digital one, which might explain the issues you're having.
Have you considered cleaning the CD drive on your laptop? There are special cleaning CDs with brushes on them, but a better starting point is using compressed air to clear any dust. If that doesn’t help, you might want to locate the laser lens and gently clean it with some ethanol (make sure it's not acetone-based!). It could solve the problem!
I get what you're saying, but since my laptop plays other discs perfectly, I really doubt it's a dirt issue.
Honestly, I'm not sure how to make an ISO copy or the difference between analog and digital when it comes to dumping.
